Incredible value for money! The hotel is jaw-droppingly modern and clean, with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle in the rooms. The location is super convenient, right in the center of the city, close to the water and all the restaurants. The staff is mind-blowingly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for exploring the island. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cat Ba Island. the location was excellent, within walking distance from the bus stop, and they even offered scooter rentals for easy access to the national park. Our room was spacious and great value for money. the staff went above and beyond to help us, from organizing a last-minute kayaking excursion to helping with tour bookings and transportation. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a modern and clean vibe. We were impressed by the affordability and quality of the hotel and received enthusiastic assistance from the staff. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about our stay at the hotel. 🌟.

The breakfast selection could be improved, but sticking to the fruit, coffee, and banh mi with eggs was definitely the way to go.

Some of the staff had difficulty speaking English, which made communication a bit challenging. The lobby and elevator had a strong smell, which was not pleasant.
